How can I add my fleet data?

Once you are signed in your Sofcar account, your Dashboard will display the main upper menus for a seamless navigation among its features and configurations.  

Access the Fleet menu > Fleet > Families, Classes, Groups or Models tab to manage, create, import or edit your fleet data. 

Each of the above-mentioned submenus allows you to manually create your fleet or import sample data to be modified later according to the actual information of your fleet. 

Sofcar arranges your fleet according to a hierarchy based on Families of vehicles, Classes of vehicles, Groups of Vehicles and Models of vehicles. 

Sofcar does not apply a restricted classification of vehicles, enabling each user account to arrange vehicles at its most suitable way for the company's daily operation. Sample data may be included for mere information purposes but will be, in each and every case, editable by the user. 

The import tool sets automatically a sample fleet hierarchy with a wide range of Models where you can also choose what type of vehicle you would like to import and modify its related Class and Group. 

Take into consideration that your current subscription may include fleet limitations. If you find issues at the creation of new Families or new Vehicles, you may want to check your Subscription and upgrade to a higher Service Plan.
