How can I add new users?

Once you are signed in your Sofcar account, your Dashboard will display the main upper menus for a seamless navigation among its features and configurations. 

Access the Setup menu > Users to manage and create new Users or new Groups of users. 

Take into consideration that your current subscription plan may include limitations on the number of created users in the system, if you find issues at the creation of a new users, check your Subscription and upgrade to a higher service plan. 

At the Users dashboard you will find the button "Create Users", this action will trigger a pop-up window through which you will be able to set the new user's name, password, e-mail, phone number, restrictions, activation and its subscription to the Daily report mailing list.  

Once you have created a new user, you will be able to manage and edit its settings by clicking over its name on the list of users.

Each Edition menu enables the updating of any of the details introduced in the creation of the new user and includes information about the Group of Users it is related to, its related Rates and the total number of Bookings created by the User. 

Remember to Save after any modifications.
